Meet Bryan Reed
Our Visionary Leader
The visionary driving force behind our company’s success. A proud Baton Rouge native, Bryan has embraced Lafayette as his home, while cherishing his deep roots in southern Louisiana. When he’s not immersed in business endeavors, Bryan finds joy in working out, fishing, cheering on LSU football and baseball, tending to his garden, and spending quality time with his cherished dog, Dude-Bro. Yet, amidst all his passions, Bryan’s greatest happiness stems from the love and companionship of his wife, Peyton, and their four children: Nolan, Vivian, Charlotte, and baby Evan, currently on the way. He prides himself on integrity, customer satisfaction, hard work, and his faith in God.

That leads us to the woman behind the scenes: Peyton Reed, also a native of South Louisiana. While Peyton dedicates her days to her full-time position as a wife and mother, she seamlessly juggles multiple responsibilities as the advertising coordinator, accounting director, and general secretary for Reed’s Home Improvement. However, Peyton’s true fulfillment comes from her role as a devoted mother to their four beautiful children. She passionately advocates for mothers and babies, firmly believing in the power of God to overcome any challenge.
